Camp Highland is a non-profit high adventure youth camp. We worked with them to implement strategies for instagram growth for over a year. One of the most important things for Camp Highland is that they did not want to partner with a marketing agency and lose their “voice” or their “why” behind the brand. We worked closely with the CH team to keep followers engaged, updated, and grow the account all while maintaining the vision of the company.
Before launching any initiatives, we spent time learning the ins and outs of Camp Highland's culture, voice, and community. In partnership with the Camp Highland Team, we created a social content framework that allowed us to consistently highlight the camp's key themes: leadership, spiritual growthm adventure, and authentic relationships. Our focus was not just on follower growth, but on cultivating a community that would resonate with Camp Highland's core mission.
In addition to organic growth, we supported Camp Highland's team with strategic paid advertising on Google platforms to help fill critical counselor positions ahead of their summer seasons. We built and optimized campaigns specifically targeted toward reaching mission-aligned college-aged applicants, generating quality leads while remaining sensitive to the camp's values and budget as a non-profit organization.
Our Collaboration with Camp Highland resulted in authentic Instagram Growth, effective seasonal recruitment campaigns, and a strengthened digital presence - all grounded in the camp's vision and values.
